Indian cricketer and master blaster Sachin Tendulkar moved to his new house with his family on Wednesday. Sachin Tendulkar new house is located at Perry Cross road in Bandra in Mumbai. The new house has a land area of 6000 square feet and has 5 floors.
Sachin Tendulkar new house cost is estimated at Rs 80 Crores and has been built in the time span of 3 Years. Sachin bought the plot for the house in 2007. Sachin Tendulkar new House is said to be built according to Vastu Shastra and will prove very lucky for the star batsmen, said renowned astrologer Bejan Daruwalla. He also said that the day being the first ‘Navratri’, it will prove luckier for the maestro.
Commenting on Sachin Tendulkar new bungalow the maestro said “he is very happy to move into his dream house with his family and is happier to achieve what he wanted for so long”.
Talking about Sachin Tendulkar New House specifications, it includes 5 floors with 2 underground basements that can park 45-50 cars.
The ground floor of Sachin Tendulkar new house will constitute a temple, a drawing cum dining room and a separate space for his awards and achievements in cricket. This will include trophies and other prestigious awards won by him in his 21 years long career.
The first floor of Sachin Tendulkar new house will constitute separate rooms for his children, son Arjun and daughter Sara along with a guest room.
